- You are unable to access the account due to issues on our end
- The account was reclaimed by the original owner within 24 hours of purchase
Refund Process

- Our team will review your request and respond within 24-48 hours
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method
Timeframe for Refunds
Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase. We cannot process refund requests that are made after this window.
Once approved, refunds typically take 3-5 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution.
Non-Refundable Items
The following cases are not eligible for refunds:
- Accounts that have been accessed by the customer and are working as described
- Accounts that were compromised due to customer's actions (sharing credentials, changing settings, etc.)
- Requests made after the 24-hour window
